Website enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, RLI receives the name, email address, phone number, interest and message you provide. We use this information to respond to your request and coordinate relevant property or business discussions.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosting database and made available to authorised RLI administrators. Please do not include identity documents, payment information or other sensitive records in the general contact form.
Essential cookies
The website uses session cookies to protect forms and maintain authenticated admin access. Property filters use URL parameters. The redesigned public website does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
External services
WhatsApp, Instagram and other external links open services with their own privacy practices. You choose whether to contact RLI through those services. The separate letter-of-intent process may require additional information and documents relevant to that process.
